This house, not something I would usually
go for actually. I would call this modern with a touch of art deco. Perhaps I
am totally wrong there. What did catch my eye here is the mix of styles used
and how well they actually all work together.
Painted brick walls, concrete and chevron floors, black, grey, Subway
tiles, retro styled furniture and pop culture art work. Phew, but for some
reason it all works.
And no wonder it all works. This house belongs to English interior designer Kathryn Tyler. A home she built based around vintage pieces of furniture that she had collected over the past decade.
