Materials
grosgrain ribbon or twill tape
2 D rings
fabric glue
* Cut 22cm grosgrain ribbon. Notch 1 end.
* Loop the other end through the 2-d rings, wrapping ribbon around the ribbons’ straight edges and glue it to itself.
* Center a roll napkin in the ribbon and tied it as you would do a belt.
