Norwegian Beauty

Take a look at this gorgeous Norwegian house! Beautiful and rustic, light and airy. Bliss if you ask me. This 3 bedroom cottage is on  the market in the popular Hellvik, Norway. I am digging that kitchen. Especially that wooden bench top. And those white washed walls, Amaze!

Thimble and Crowbar

Just a couple of beautiful images from blogger Katja Rinkinens second published book Thimble&Crowbar. Katja Rinkinen is the creater of Finnish blog Parolan asema. Heres hoping they publish the book in English sometime. Judging by these amazing images, I will want to get my little mitts onto a copy.

Father Rabbit Bedding

O dear. Its true, I have fallen in love. Fallen madly in love. Gone bananas. Bonkers actually. Head over heels in love in fact. I have fallen for this amazing comforter and these outstanding pillows from Father Rabbit. Lucky for me my birthday is coming up. Shall I leave this page open for the hubby to see?

That picture!

You may have seen the top pic of this house before as it seems to be doing the rounds on the net at the moment. I went on a bit of a hunt to find the rest of the house and I found that it is just as cool. But definitely, it is that picture that got me.There is only one word for that piece of art, AMAZING! What else gets me though, is the bright colours contrasting with other materials such as wood and concrete. And how cool is that kitchen?

The weather is warming up here in my neck of the woods. The vege garden is booming. Bring on summer.

Quaint studio apartment

This tiny little Swedish studio apartment is so quaint and charming, anyone in the right mind would be silly not to fall for this. The grey, black and white hues have been worked well to add warmth and comfort to this small space.

I am not sure how I would go being cooped up in a small space but if I had to, this would definitely be how I would do it.

Do you have a blogsite, pinterest, tumblr or website that you would like to share with Milo and Mitzy readers? Drop us a comment at the end or get in touch with me on miloandmitzy@gmail.com. I love hearing from you and hearing about other websites.

Swing table... What do you think? Yay or nay? Practical or impractical? Whatever the answer, intriguing it definitely is.

Industrial Kitchen

If you ever popped by to my house, often you would find me in the kitchen. A- because I love food and B- because I love cooking! Right now I have a bit of kitchen jealousy. Loving these industrial looks.

MY HOUSE

I have never done this before. Posted my own photos of my own house but it is something I have been thinking of doing for a while as a lot of people ask me through the blog what my house is like. (Please excuse my photography)

We live in a cute little farm cottage but as we don't own it and it still needs a bit of work done to it, it is the details that are important to me. And yes as you can see, I like black and white! Although you would be surprised I do have a bit of colour dotted around the place. I just haven't photographed it this time.

Gift Idea

Gosh I cannot believe we have to start thinking about Christmas already! Phew! Why not keep an eye out for some cool vintage tins and pot up some herbs to give to family and friends as gifts. I know I would love that!

Apartment Envy

Ooooh I have found an awesome 20th century Swedish apartment up for sale. This apartment is bright and airy with a pop of colour used through out. It even comes with a fire. Now that is cool!

I am loving that bright red light shade used in the kitchen, love that leather pouf and of course love the amazing floor rugs spotted throughout.

I wonder how hard that would be to keep clean now that I am a Mum. hmmmm.

DIY

Back a little sooner than I thought. Computer has a mind of its own but has decided to work again for me now. Just a little DIY for all you creatives out there. Why not hang your art work like this? Pretty cool me thinks!
